Distinctive Collembola Communities in the Mesovoid Shallow Substratum: Entomobryomorpha of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park (Central Spain)

The material for this study was obtained after intensive sampling in the colluvial mesovoid shallow substratum, or MSS, of Sierra de Guadarrama National Park using 33 subterranean devices (SSD). data were from first extraction traps between May and October 2015. This paper presents results Entomobryomorpha Börner, 1913, which part Collembola captured. Four families 12 genera have been studied: Isotomidae Schäffer, 1896 (Folsomia Willem, 1902, Tetracanthella Schött, 1891, Uzelia Absolon, 1901, FolsomidesStach, 1922, IsotomurusBörner, 1903, Parisotoma Bagnall, 1940, PseudisotomaHandschin, 1924 Pachyotoma 1949), Orchesellidae 1906 (OrchesellaTempleton, 1835 Heteromurus Wankel, 1860), Entomobryidae (Entomobrya Rondani, 1861) Lepidocyrtidae Wahlgren, (Lepidocyrtus Bourlet, 1839 Pseudosinella 1897). species Orchesella studied a previous (Baquero et al. 2017). richness habitat sampled is defined by twenty-one species, eight are new: penalarensis Baquero & Jordana n. sp., Entomobrya guadarramensis ledesmai Lepidocyrtus labyrinthi paralignorum purgatori valverdei sp. gonzaloi intermediaBrook, 1884 (England) discussed new name katzi proposed E. intermedia sensu Katz (2015) based on American specimens.
